Bella Floria
accepts returns within 30 days of receipt on unopened, unused
merchandise in saleable condition minus all shipping costs. We accept jewelry returns within 14 days of receipt in its original packaging. In
addition, we will gladly replace any damaged products.
Please carefully inspect your purchases upon arrival.
If
your shipment was damaged you must report the problem within 48 hours.
Please notify us so that we may arrange for a replacement, if
necessary. If any of the products are damaged please contact our
customer service department immediately. Damages or defects not
reported within 5 days of receipt will not be accepted for return.
If you would like to return an unused or unopened item, or a product that is damaged or shipped in error, please email us at info@bellafloria.com for a return authorization code and for return instructions. Please note that returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from our office.
In
order to promptly process your request, when sending back an item,
please note on the original packing slip which item you are returning
and the reason you wish to return the item.
Return authorizations are valid for no more than 30 days.
Returned merchandise must be received within the 30-day time period.
Shipping costs of returned goods is the responsibility of the customer,
and will not be reimbursed by Bella Floria, unless the goods were
defective, damaged or shipped in error.
Please pack
merchandise in the original packaging and send it via insured mail with
a trackable confirmation number. After receiving the return, the items
will be inspected and if the return is approved, we will credit your
account for the cost of the merchandise minus applicable shipping
costs.
We are unable to issue a credit until we actually
receive and inspect the merchandise. Please allow up to 30 days for a
refund to be processed.
Bella Floria does not accept exchanges of clearance sale or special order items.
